Sophie Higbie, all your game information etc. is stored on a hard drive on the inside of your Xbox. Check this guide Xbox 360 E Hard Drive Replacement Your Memory IC's store other information and information that may be used during a game etc. but are not used for storage

I don't have a hard drive in my old xbox!!

It is not possible to swap the internal memory

crwdns2934271:0crwdnd2934271:0crwdne2934271:0

The newer xbox 360 don't have the removable 4gb internal chip. Like the early xbox 360 slim (s) did. What's wrong with the console you got the red dot or what's the issue.

Grab a Phillips head screwdriver and remove the hard drive bay cover on the right side. Ground yourself on a large metal object, like a refrigerator or computer that's plugged into the wall. Pull out the black tab and gently pull the hard drive out. Swap out the two hard drives.

What do you mean pull out the hard drives. He's not talking about the detachable ones that have the black tab to pull it out

Yes, your old xbox does have a hard-drive. Most xbox's have 4 gb of internal flash memory, however as far as I know, it is not removable. If the xbox is dead now and you didn't have the stuff saved to a removable hard-drive, then there isn't really anything you can do to recover the old information stored inside the xbox.
