What is wrong with my Bluetooth and Wifi?

My Bluetooth and Wifi on my Note 3 (SM-N900) both work, but within short range and in direct line of sight. I have tried safe mode and factory reset and the problem still persists. I recently replaced the rear camera. I think the bluetooth was working fine before the repair. Did I damage an antenna or maybe one of the contacts for the antennas did not line up properly? Please help. Thanks!
