How do I get roof off to fix
It seems like the top is a nut, but cant turn it.. I read other answers .. does this model have four snap-ins or what

You have to work the plastic piece from the top of the carousel. Under it you will find a screw. Remove the screw. Then turn the carousel on its top. You will see places around the edge that you need to use a flat screwdriver to pry the locks loose. Hope this helps.
