after lcd replacement microphone stoped working

I replace my LCD screen on my xperia Z c6603, then I try to call the person on the other sideand he didn't hear me at all.

When I was putting the lcd back in its place a piece poped out but because it did natturaly I didn't worry and i finished the assembly of the phone.

Can you help me fix this out ?
