cracked screen and head phone plug in not working

I dropped my phone and now it's busted really bad. I'm sure i'll need a new screen and my plug in for the head phone won't work. I don't know what to do. how can i fix this?

Any sign of damage in head phone connector? does phone recognized head phone when you plug in?
