I dropped my iPod nano 4th gen and now it skips songs.

I accidentally dropped my Ipod while walking with it. It was fine for the first few days but now it has been acting up. What happens is that whenever I try to click on a song, it will skip that one and the one after it and play the next one. Another thing is the song is titled the one previous song. Help!!! I need to know how can I fix this! Please help me!
