Is the headset compatible with Xbox One?
I recently purchased an Xbox One and am trying to hook up my Turtle Beach PX22 headset that I was using with my Xbox 360. Is this possible?

Yes, but a separately sold stereo headset adapter is necessary.

Yes it works on mine. Just pluged it in and to control the volume use the menu
when you double click the home button.

i fund it to work fine if you used it w/o the usb amplifier , just plugging the headset directly in the the controller. if you have the old controller and use a stereo headset adapter you can adjust chat and game volum mix and master volum on that , if you have the new controller you can set this in setting on the xbox .
if you want to use the usb amp plug the usb in to a power source ( like the xbox ) and then you have a few options on how to get game sound .
one is to use a 3,5 jack on your tv for game sound and then use the 3.5 jack to 3,5 jack and use the phone connection to the controller
or
get a 2,5 jack to 3,5 jack to connect the controller to the controller connection , this way you get independent volum on game and chat sound on the amp.
one of the last options will give you best sound based on testing i have done on my pc as the amp has more power then the controller can output.

Quick question for you. Im currently using the last setup you said im using the 2.5 to 3.5 jack plugged directly into a new controller but for some reason the mic part still wont work but i can hear thru the headphones(chat & game). Just wondering what settings i use in the audio output settings for the xbox? (Im hoping this is my issue and not a broken mic). Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Same actually I'm sitting on a similar issue. I haven't taken steps to getting a 2.5 to 3.5 Jack but it seems while I can connect the headphones directly into the controller for crystal clear audio, the mic itself will not work. Funny part is through party overlay it detecte a mic coming through sometimes.
Can use the headset turtle beach px22 on xbox
