I get color leaks soon after starting to watch a movie , It seems to be the logic board , Any idea ?
1- If I am right ?
2- If so where to purchase the logic board.
it is the original 40 gig model

(sorry to post a new answer - it's simply too much text for a comment)
ok, i get it. the important part in your description were the white dots. i found this (click).
many users on the apple forum are saying that it's a typical nvidia problem - but i don't think so.
the apple tv uses an almost passive cooling system, the fan is on the other side of the motherboard, the cooling surface is actually the top of the apple tv (never place anything on top of the apple tv!)
and when you look at those massive amounts of thermal paste on the cpu/gpu (click) - you can see the possible problem.
larger amounts of thermal paste are useless - the can't transport the heat properly and the paste will harden with time.
i had a few macbooks with heat issues - they had around 4-5 times too much thermal paste on the chips - i cleaned them up, used a good thermal paste - the size should be something between a lentil and a pea (look at those pictures again!!).
since you already opened it, you have no fear from doing it again - right? ;-)
remove the logic board (you can also use the logic board guide - even if it's not complete)
clean up the old paste with isopropyl alcohol and put some fresh thermal paste on the 2 chips (lentil-pea), use ceramic based stuff - it's better for that job.
reassemble the apple tv and try to watch a video.
since i never heard the fan in my apple tv - i don't know if there could be a next possible problem - ok, my apple tv is newer (around 9 month old) - but it is in heavy usage (jailbroken, so it plays almost everything) - sometimes it plays 6 to 8hrs without any break (the tv run's while i'm working - but only for educational purposes, that way i can work on my english "skills" (LOL))
i hope that this didn't sound to bewildered - it's now 06:40am and coffee nr. 3 is almost done

I must agree - "color leaks" dosn't ring the bell.
but let's try it with a few questions
is the Apple TV "jailbreaked"
if yes - what did you use?
does the "leaking" happen only with videos or also with the menus?
what about youtube ?
any recent updates ?
there are a few jailbreak related things that could provoke something like a "color leaking" - but that would be a codec/decoding problem - that's why i'm asking about the jailbreak.
i would first try to restart the device, then a reset and if nothing helps - "restore" or upgrade the operating system (or so called firmware)
if you jailbreaked it - the changes would be lost - think about the firmware version you are trying to install - not that you won't be able to use the Apple TV as it could be used - if you didn't jailbreak your Apple TV - nevermind - you won't miss anything ;-)

1- No it is not Jail Break
2-I have done reset /Restart/install new firmware , But No help
3- When AppleTV warms up this discoloration will happend
4- I have check the fan over Processor and left the top open to keep it cool
in Winter last through a movie as the TV room is cooler, But now it happens after 10 or 15 min.. I will try to attach a picture
It only happens on Videos, But Not Menus , although I see little white dots (Like Dead Pixel) on the menu side
it is not the TV , TV shows and DVD plays fine
When this happends it looks like some one has dump the color paint on the screen... I cant send you a picture here, But if you give me email address I can
