How do I fix the Individual key piece sitting wonky on keyboard?

One of my keys (the " key) on my PowerBook seems to have half come off. It seems to only be connecting to the little plastic thing underneath it at on the top (screen side) and not at the bottom (touch pad side). It might be broken clips on the underside of the key mean I have nothing to snap the white plastic bits into but I'm not sure as I've never seen underneath a individual key piece before. It can be gently lifted completely from the front but won't gently push back to sit nice. This key is currently sitting all wonky and wrong which wreaks my macs looks. Yours sincerely, Jules.

This video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JjRTQIfVT... Might be helpful. As to where you can source the white plastic hinge underneath the keys. I'm not sure. Ebay maybe?
