No! There isn't any recycle bin available on Android. But there are some apps like "Dumpster" available on the Play Store that works like a recycle bin.

If its a Modern Samsung and you deleted through the Gallery app in gallery settings tab there is a 'recycle bin' which you can recover or empty.

(I only know this as I caouldn't find out how to clear my daughters data as it went to the recycle bin after I backed up and deleted them so had to search around for the 'recycle bin' now its empty I can install apps again)

You will not be able to recover deleted files using the tablet. However, there are many 3rd party software that recover lost data. You will have to remove the SD card from the back of the device and connect it to your computer.

When you deleted files from cellphone, they were fisst moved to trash bin and the system marks them as inactive. In other words, they still exsit ion you phone but are invisiable and replaceable.

Data recovery program can access them and recover them on computer, you could have a try.

On my galaxy s8+ to find bin, load the gallery and you should see 3 dots top right, tap/click and you will see "recycle bin". I don't know if it just galaxy phones either way it's worth checking it out.

Not sure which Android version you have. On older versions that didnt have any sort of encryption you could dump the whole partitions as Images and then mount them to look for data with utilities such as testdisk or photorec.

If you want to dig yourself into this matter (which people normally do when the information is precious) you can check out this thread and the most helpful posts to try and recover the data.
