my phone as usual i use it and then i put it on the charger as i sleep i woke up the next day and checked my phone and it wouldnt turn on i plugged it in and nothing happened then i put it in another outlet and it didnt work i tryed a new charger and it still isnt turning on its been 11hrs i dont know what to do please help

kiora, try a different battery. It is possible that you battery has failed. The other thing you could try is a soft reset first
Press and hold the Power key for 10 seconds to reboot it. Of course you can also simply remove the battery and reinsert it after a few seconds.
If that does not work, try a hard reset (You may lose all of your files, so do not do it if you have no backup).
1 Turn the power off.
2 Press and hold the Power/Lock key and Volume Down key on the back of the phone.
3 Release the Power/Lock Key only when the LG logo is displayed, then immediately press and hold the Power/Lock Key again.
4 Release all keys when the Factory hard reset screen is displayed.
5 Press the Power/Lock Key to continue or either of the Volume Keys to cancel.
6 Press the Power/Lock Key once more to confirm or either of the Volume Keys to cancel.

not working with this idea
Hey! A little trick that I found to work is plugging my phone into my laptop USB port to charge and once that fails (which it will) then plug in into a 120 volt wall charger. I don't know what it is but it works for me every time. Hope this helps!

This morning I found my G3 unresponsive when turning on.
I figured the battery must have depleted, and tried to charge it but it does not turn on even after an hour.
I tried removing the battery and memory card and holding the power button for 15 sec and plug the charger back in, but still no charge.
The red LED that usually turns on on upper right corner of the phone when charging does not light up.
Any suggestions?
My won't turn on either. I filed an insurance claim and am getting a new one. But I have to send my old phone in. I was wondering how I can get all my info off of the old phone before I turn it in. I don't want some one to get my info that is on that phone. How do I clear it all with it not turning on. Is there a hard drive from the phone I can remove?
