Why is my battery draining quickly?

Try to charge your device. If it won't charge at all, the charger may be faulty. If a different charger won't charge the device, the problem is likely the battery. Otherwise, attempt to turn it on once it reaches full charge.

What can be done about charging the battery it won't hold a charge

I am having the same issue. The only different is, I have bought 2 replacement batteries and when they are on the charger, The dock and Nintendo’s stand alone chargers, they drain instead of charge.
