Pulled the wire out of the control box?

So i pulled the wire out of the control box and i dont know how to fix it, so here are the pictures.

I don't know what size phillips i need for the screws as well so i don't want to mess up and break more stuff, The power is still on as described in this picture:

So i really don't know how to fix it.
