USB charging port not working, looking to replace it.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0. The pins on the USB port appear to be damaged and I would like to replace it somehow. Ive found the entire piece for other galaxy tablets but not one marked specifically for the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0. Is such a replacement part available? is it something that can be easily replaced? I would like to replace the entire thing with the ribbon, to avoid soldering in the actual usb port end piece. Thanks!
