Unable to access setup window?

Brand new pro 3 2gb 128, just opened box, unable to charge battery as wrong power cable in box. Went to PC World and got replacement. Staff started Lap/tablet to ensure all good.

Got home started to charge battery and setup surface, no setup page just the tile icons.

?. How do I get back to setup mode on this pro 3
