lol i know this is a old chat but the person ask for help with a 1989 truck and the video you gave him is for a 2005. i could be wrong but wouldn't that be totally different. just curious.
The 1989-1995 Toyota Pick Up doesn't have a cabin filter. I have a 1994. Cabin filters are 2000+ things.

Theres not really a filter, its a screen and a piece of foam inside the vent system where the blower motor is under the dash on the passenger side
