I have plugged my charger in upside down into my zune and the charger came out fine but now it won't charge what so ever and I was wondering g if there was a place for me to take it in and get that fix it if there is a do it yourself way to fix it.

You need a replacement battery. The Zune batteries arent good for long. Try and find one online, and watch a video on how to install it.

Note from 2025, there are still replacement batteries available for Zunes. However I've found that no one seems to make one with the same mAh as the original, which was 800mAh on mine. The new ones seem to be 750mAh or less. So a little less run time, but still better than no run time if you can't get the battery to take a charge.
