Most laptops can be disassembled quite easily. Google for "<laptop type> disassembly" and you'll usually find several disassembly guides and videos. I instantly came up with this one, though the quality is not the best:

As you take screws out, stick them to a piece of paper with blu-tack and write against them where they came from or which disassembly step they refer to. Anything that doesn't come apart easily, refer back to the disassembly guide or video of find another for clarification, and check there isn't just one more screw you've missed. In conditions of low humidity, take static prevention precautions, especially around the main board and the RAM. You can do it!
