I have had my phone for about three years, and I've never battery issues before. Last week I had my phone on the charger for most of the day, even though it had been charging that long the battery life only lasted for about four hours. If anyone knows what is wrong and what I can do to fix it that would be great. Thanks.

It sounds like your battery may be wearing out, as it is pretty old. If you need a replacement the ZTE Blade E uses a ZTE standard battery with 3.7V output voltage and 1600mAh amperage. I would recommend you check out the troubleshooting page for your phone first.
