Why is my phone not charging?
Whenever I plug in my phone to an outlet using a micro USB cable to charge my phone, nothing happens. The phone does not charge at all.

You may have a damaged USB port on the phone

First try a different outlet. If the outlet is not the issue, then try using a different charging cable. If the outlet and the charging cable are fine then the micro USB port is probably broken and needs to be replaced.
