Yellow spot on iPhone screen after screen replacement

Im Running repair store which repairs iPad, iPhones and so on.

After replacing lcd I have noticed that about 10% of the screen has a yellow spot on it. All i do is wait couple of days and spots will disappear.

What causes this issue? Is it some clue or what it is.

Thanks for you reply.

Pressure from the backplate don't screw the screws down so tight especially the one beside proximity and home button

update

Isn't there a screw at the top beside the ear piece that holds the frame down

Post a picture of the yellow stain and we can diagnose it better

Those are pre-assembled so I dont need to do that. I need only loosen three connector cover screws and plug new screen in..

I am experiencing this issue after replacing my broken screen. Do i need to disassemble the phone again or does it go away after a while?

crwdns2934271:0crwdnd2934271:0crwdne2934271:0

Well whoever pre assembled it screwed them to tight

There are only two screws that hold the screen down (the pentalobe at the bottom). How will it affect the pressure on the top half of the screen?

These are my findings why yellowish spots on iphone LCD screens appear.

1-Due to some particles/material between Backlight film and metal back plate /sheild.

2-Bent in the Metal plate/Sheild.

3-Tightening the screws too much near home button, or speakers.

Ya it's the screen connector shield that does it. Take it off and reseat it till til goes away. At least that's what causes it on the 5.
