My MacBook is Core Duo 2.0 GHz, not Core 2 Duo.

Maybe my using Logicboard is MacBook Core Duo 2 GHz Logic Board

but I want upgrade my MacBook. So if I buy a Core 2 Duo Logicboard (NVIDIA GeForce 9400M), can I install it in my MacBook?

You can change logic boards on the MacBooks. However, there are other parts that you will need to change, such as the upper case and the display assembly. Unfortunately, having to replace those other parts does not make the swap very cost effective.
