I am trying to change out my power supply, and am having trouble on Step 3 (releasing the front bezel). I am using my driver's license, inserting it in the air vent as pictured, but I never feel or hear a latch release. I have tried using a couple of layers of duct tape as well, but to no avail.
Any hints to releasing the latch??

I use a thick sheet of plastic (a driving license is just fine, but i'd use something more disposable) and bent the last 3cm to approx. 15 degree. Sometimes the catches on the bezel are bent or becoming loose so it helps loosening the bezel from the bottom and peek from underneath. Difficult to explain.
