Post battery Swap, display Rotation Issues, Thoughts?

I just swapped out the Battery on my iPad 3rd Gen, Since then, i am not able to rotate my display, the functionality is great, but the system will not rotate the display. I am at a loss, and worried i might have shorted something out, or that there will not be any repair possible.

Has anyone run into this, or does anyone have something I can Try?

Make sure you haven't the rotate locked.

Also try a restore to rule out software fault..

If above doesn't work then it's a motherboard fault
