will not turn on after digitizer replaced and blue sceen

after I replaced my digitizer I was able to turn on my ipad by connecting it to my laptop (power button doesn't work I believe I damaged the cable ) in my attempt to disconnect the battery leaving ipad on I disconnect the 3G cable causing screen to go blue then black with some long paragraph blurred and shaking across lcd that I couldn't read and then I disconnected the logic board cable the logic board cable . after reconnecting everything and plugging ipad to iTunes it will not turn on and doesn't recognize in iTunes as a device. so besides damaging the power volume cable and accidentally breaking the speaker box adaptor off logic board , I now damaged something else I don't know where to start and replace . worst decision to try and fix my ipad ever but please don't be sny I just need advice , thank you in advance !

answering my own question I found out that it need to completely run out of battery and then after replugging it back in to charge it was able to turn on, I assume it internally froze and needed to reboot. so now I have my lcd back just need to fix my other two issues which require parts.
