Vibrator Problem? What connects the motor to the motherboard?

Replaced screen, now no vibration. The motor doesn't have any kind of cable or flex. Its just soldered. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

It is usually just the solder that holds it on. You can try to refresh/reheat the solder, but it's going to take a very small soldering iron tip to do that. If the solder joints look good under a magnifying glass, the joints are probably good. You may have to replace that vibrator component. They're fairly common, but I've not heard of any recently that have given out.
