Mics and receiver stoppage iPhone 5s

Hi everyone..

My iPhone mics and receiver have stopped functioning (it's no stuck on headphone mode) the weird part is that no single mic work neither using Siri nor voice memos and not even while recording videos ...

I have tried to turn the sound cancellation and hearing aids on and off, I tried to restore the phone or plug in the headphone but nothing seems to work...this case happened since 2 weeks ago but back then it used to occur a couple of times a day, but 2 days ago it was completely dead!!
