I am desperately trying to find someone who can repair a burn spot on a circuit board. I do not know why this is so difficult. I see information on how to repair circuit boards on the internet so it seems the has to be people who can do it. Where can I find them please? I need help badly.

Any local qualified small electronics/computer repair shop should be able to do most things… a CPU/GPU reball the exception.

Charles Kensington, what circuit board? What "burn spot"? You need to be a bit more descriptive with your question. Also, consider posting some images of the damage as well as your board with your question.
