can you fit an additional USB port the the MBA?

I love my MBA when I travel, the form factor allows me to slot it wherever a magazine would fit.

BUT when I am (wherever) I so would like to connect my card reader AND a usb drive or such, just having one USB drive is limiting.

Does anyone know, are on the mainboard connections that can be brought out to allow a second USB device to connect?

Carry a HUB - well, then I need a power adapter, and plug converters..

OR can I use a passive hub - any experience?

Thanks in advance

you may find the following info useful:

it seems the South Bridge chip in the MBA supports several USB ports that aren't wired to anything...

have fun
