You should read through the tags at right to know what you're in for, & what can happen if do not stop attempting to use a wet machine, do dissconnect all power and clean the logic board.
Only by examining the board can you determine how badly it's damaged, what other components are lilly to go bad over time without attention.
Start with obtaining the proper tools (every job is easier if you use the right tools). Study (not just read the guide and comments for your particular machine (13" MBA is a very generic ID).
You probably have damaged the controller/fuse for a LED display version MBA… or you may have less complicated, expensive damage on an older model.
