PSP backlight not working

I have a PSP 1000 and the problem is the back light. I tried replacing the whole screen but the back light is still not working. So I am 100% positive that the problem is actually the motherboard, but everything else is working fine. I have tried the fuse fix but that didn't work either. Has anybody tried grabbing the voltage from another location within the motherboard? any suggestions on where to grab voltage from?

I did check the voltage where the back light goes and it gives me zero volts, and there is continuity in its proper fuse.

Did you test the points where the back light would get power from with a multi meter?

Check this video and here great instructions in getting your backlight back. There are multiple fuses on the board, make sure that you check the right one.
