To replace it you'll have to figure it out from the teardown, if you want, you can create a guide while doing it to add to the device repair guide, as it is lacking right now. To find a replacement screen you'll probably have to search ebay/amazon (you can find either a screen or an otherwise broken Dream and use the teardown to take the screen), and then follow the teardown to remove the old screen, and then replace with a new one.
