my blackberry 8520 does not switch on,when switched on ,it starts loading,before it has finished loading it goes off

mine is doing exactly the same it gets 2 3 quarters of the loading bar... on the screen than goes out red light flashes 2 or three times ..than it begins again reloading .. why why why.. please help..
