I second this! Just got my second rear passenger side tire in less than 7.5K miles. I also have off-setting front and rear tires and the back rear passenger tire seems to rub on the outer side of the wheel well. Getting an alignment and will let you know if things get any better.

BMW tires normally wear a lot more on the inside than on the outer edges, because of the way the suspension is set up.

You probably need an alignment, or something is bent in the suspension. Posting pictures may give us a better idea.
