I dropped my galaxy note 2 and the screen cracked. I replaced it with another one I purchased online. Everything works well except that a part of the glass touches the LCD creating a bubble looking effect.
I use 3M 2mm double side tape for the glass.
Did I curve my LCD screen or anything?

There is meant to be a rubberised seal between the glass and the digitizer, I'm guessing when you removed the glass that came off with it.
The addition of the seal also acts as a spacer between the glass and the digitizer so that the problem you are having does not appear.
