My iPhone is working fine except that the left part of the touch screen is not responding anymore (the entire LCD screen is fine, it's just the touch screen witch sucks)... I don't know from were it can come from.... H.E.L.P

Your digitizer has died. You'll need to replace it. Follow the guide here and get the part from here.

Are you sure it's the digitizer 'cause just the half is working?
Yep, your digitizer is bad. Often they die in this way where only one half works.

i just order my new complete screen i hope it fix the issue becasue half my screen didnt work ethier well in 3 days i post my update i hope it is the screen otherwise i be upset
I just replaced my wife's 3g battery. now when the keyboard is in normal mode (not landscape) they keys I O J and N will not respond to touch. Could it also be the digitizer, or one of the flat cables for the screen? I had a lot of trouble with #3 when putting it back together.

Hi, if anyone is there, I have a problem similar to Vendassi. The right section of my screen does not respond to touch., sometimes I have to tilt the phone then touch it to get a response, however this does not work when I am playing games.
Also the letter 'o' does not work on the keyboard. I am in the process of buying a digitizer on ebay, however I wanna be sure that the digitizer is the problem.
Any advice would be appreciated.
