Wifi and BlueTooth Errors / how replace CMOS battery on Motherboard?

My Atrix 4g is rebooting on its own.

Seems to happen:

---> right after attempt to turn on either Wifi or Bluetooth from the Setup / Wireless menu. The both result in "error"

---> random times.

My research online seem to indicate that replacing the CMOS battery on the mother board.

Q: Wondering if anyone has any experience replacing the battery and can provide any tips?

FYI: I can crack the phone open but I have never done any soldering.
