I have 3! HTC Inspires all with different ailments but the most common is the charging port goes out and it wont charge anymore. I have one with a functional port but a broken screen so I would like to swap the good port to a cosmetically worthy Inspire from my “collection.”
Any suggestions?

Larrissa, yes you can, but you need to know how to solder. Unsolder the old port from the "most broken one" and replace the one on the phone you want to use. Or you could just get a few new ports. Those are readily available on ebay and many other places. Check this video for the disassembly. hope this helps, good luck.

The mini usb port soldered onto the board can be replaced?
I thought only robots could squeeze into small solder joints like that?
Has anyone done it?..'cause I have the same problem....
