eBay have replacement screens listed and there are other suppliers online - Google is your friend :)
I have not yet been able to locate a guide to opening up your device but I will keep looking

Almost the same thing happened to my Brightside but, I left it on my nightstand one night and went to sleep. When I woke up my phone was all glitchy and frozen !!!! And I called verizon and they're gonna replace it because it was under warranty, you should see if it is and get it replaced.
