keyboard problem letter failure

the books keyboard letters 8 As well as I plus the leter K and , dont respond. looks like they fail in a straight line across the keyboard.

any suggestion how to solve this problem?

If you have access to a damaged keyboard you could try to stick the little nipple back under those keys (sounds like they were torn off) failing that I would replace the entire keyboard.

thanks machead, no its not the nipples, it has to do with the solderingfield i guess, all the lettters are in a straight line down from top to bottom of the keyboard.
