I would need more information to find out exactly whats going on. If you just changed the cartridges and then the problem started, it may just be a bad cartridge. You could try to google the error code with the printer model number and see if anyone else has seen this error and found a solution. Or it may lead you to the manufacturers website or forum for some more info.
