SanDisk Ultra Plus 256GB 2.5 SATA III SSD fit

My PB G4 is overheating and I want to replace the hard drive with the SanDisk Ultra Plus 256GB 2.5" SATA III SSD. It seems like a relatively complex procedure and I am not sure I am up to it. Finally, I do not know if the SSD will fit in the PB G4.

Not a good idea your machine can't use SATA drives it's' UltraATA, so you'd have to find and fit a gender-bender (not even sure such a thing exists) if it did, the drive may have problems writing that slow, causing freezing and hanging.
