iPhone 3GS fell and show white screen

Hello

Yesterday i updated my iphone 3gs to ios 6.1 after my iphone fell and its show white screen but the iphone its work I successful to listen to my music in iphone but the screen its white I tried restore and hard resret but is doesnt work I opened my iphone and I loocked if the screen connect and all connections what should I do?
