Replaced PRAM battery. Still have clock issues, not showing RAM etc.

After diagnosing a PRAM battery as the culprit to my Powerbook's clock and incorrect RAM recognition, I ordered from iFixit and followed the instructions to replace JUST the PRAM battery. Everything went smoothly and the ifixit instructions were perfect.

However, upon assembling and turning on, the clock issue persists (1904) and the machine is still only showing one stick of RAM.

Thoughts?

Seems that beyond the battery (maybe even instead of the battery) you have corrupt PRAM and or NVRAM files... OR a failing PMU See this from Cnet.
