Touchscreen Not working after Glass Replacement?

I have replaced the Glass on this 1st Generation iPad, and now the touchscreen does not work, I have checked my work, and everything looks fine, does anyone have any suggestions as to what might still be wrong?

If you have checked that the ribbon is secure and that there is no damage anywhere on the ribbon attempt to restore the ipad using DFU Mode and if that fails then you most likely have a defective touchscreen or the soldered in adapter for the touchscreen is defective.
