How do I repair my track pad

Hi i recently spilt some milk on my track pad. It has dried out now, but the buttons are not working correctly. The works better after some use but the right just works erratically. Can someone help please.

You can replace just the trackpad (which is the button as well).

Your part number is 922-9014. You will, however, need a tri-wing screw driver to replace it. Plugging that part number into Google will lead you to the part.

The tricky part of the replacement is to make sure the spacing is even all the way around the new trackpad. Otherwise the glass will rub on the upper case and eventually crack.

Good luck!
