Screen frosty around edges

Have replacement 4S screen on my phone. Worked well for a couple of weeks, now the edges of the screen are going all frosty. What did I do wrong??

Unfortunately that is most likely a manufacturing defect, your bets bet would be to buy yet another screen replacement to fix it. Vapour could be leaking into the edges, air gaps are expanding due to heat... There are many reason but a more expensive replacement part would go a long way.
