It started with keys on the little keyboard hitting...the y key over and over, though nothing was touching the button. I did a hard reset and for a while it worked, then the y key kept spamming again. I hard reset it again and now it's stuck at the 'amazon kindle please wait a moment while your Kindle starts up' screen and nothing I do changes it.

My Kindle screen and keys have been freezing. The keys get stuck and look like they're being pressed over and over again on the screen, even when they aren't being pressed.

I did a hard reset and seemed to fix the problem for a while. Then the keys kept getting stuck again.
