The board number should be 85943_2_14 Rev 1.0. Below is an image that shows what it looks like.

Not sure how many pins are in the port in your model but check if there's 5V DC between the VBUS and GND pins when the charger is connected. This is just to prove that the USB-C port is connected to the board OK.

This is just to prove that the USB-C port is connected to the board OK. You may have to remove the board from the phone case and plug the charger into the port to test it.

The manual will have the troubleshooting flowcharts which will help to find out where the problem is. It also has a parts list in case there a faulty part that needs replacing.
