old 3DS XL keeps shutting down after closing normally

i got my 10+ year old out my basement in 2023 worked perfectly fine till almost 1.5 mouth ago,so the problem is the when I close the 3ds xl it goes in to sleep mode then I put it in my pocket later on when i pull it out its shut down
(seem to happen when shook roughly or somthing)
